Ordering with Qutique is easy!
Order on our website or email us at sales@qutique.com.au

Website orders

Place your order on our website and then choose your preferred payment option;

1 Direct Bank Deposit   2 Credit Card 3 Paypal or Credit Card (you can still pay for your order via credit card even if you don’t have a paypal account)

Once we have received your order and payment, your order will be in the processing stage. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

**Products that have displayed ‘backorder’ can be purchased however, these products will be sent to you once they are back in stock. Please contact us for approx time of backordered products being in stock if you would like to know.

Email orders

To place your order via email  email us at sales@qutique.com.au

1 Email us your name, address and phone number and the products you wish to order and advise us how you would like to pay (direct bank deposit, credit card over the phone or paypal)

Once we receive your email order we will then email you an invoice for payment.

We use either Australia Post or Courier’s for all orders and charge a flat rate fee as shown upon checkout.

*Note- You may be asked to provide a copy of the front and back of your credit card for verification.
